Yay!
Today is one of the best days ever! Okay so I went to meet the guys at tpy MRT station at around 12. We were going to Suntec to watch WCG Asian DotA Champsionship 2009! Its a world class DotA competition and of course, as an avid gamer, how could I miss it?! Hehez! Okay so we wasted some time alighting and boarding the MRT cause we not sure where to go. The 3 of them, Alan, Zeyin and Yusen wants to go to Bugis to buy clothes. But then we also want to go LAN. Then we also want to go watch.
Finally we decided to go Bugis first since the first few matches of the competition won't be that interesting. So we went shopping at Bugis and it was hard to find clothes we want. Keep walking in circles and there's alot of SEX shops there. Bloody hell sia. And I'm like their fashion advisor or what sia. I told them what clothes to buy and it really fits them. Hehe. Saw alot clothes that I want to buy but no money. Zzz. Sian. Then buy finish clothes liao we set off to Suntec.
Reach Suntec there liao hor. Woah. SIBEI SHIOK! Damn big and nice. Then just nice we reach there the finals of Asian DotA Championship just about to start! Woot! Nice timing. But the sad thing is hor. The semi-finals also around the same time. Semi-finals is Singapore VS Korea sia! Wanted to watch. But I felt that finals will be more interesting. Got big big screen to watch and damn nice sound effects! Oh guess what? I sat beside the HUGE speakers! Wootz!
Okay so the finals is between Team Malaysia ( Inc ) and Team Vietnam ( Starsboba ). Alot ppl sat in front of the HUGE screen to watch the much anticipated match. After both teams draft finish. I felt that M'sia would win. Seriously. But Msia Team was quite disappointing. Was quite sad that they didn't put up much of a fight. The match was quite one-sided I suppose. On the other hand, Vietnam Team played very well! Okay. To prove this point. Throughout the whole game, for every nice things that a team did, the crowd will cheer. And we only cheered for Vietnam Team because they played really well and Msia Team didn't really do much. I was quite sad. But the match was really entertaining and inspiring!
Okay from that, you guys can guess le bah. And yes, Starsboba from Vietnam is the winner for Asian DotA Championship 2009! Good work to Msia Team too! Anyways, Team XtC did Singapore proud by winning Team Korea and acheived third! Congradez to all 3 teams! The crowd was freaking high man. Including me of course. Cheering and clapping damn loudly! Haha! When Vietnam Team won, some people from the crowd jumped up and started waving Vietnam flag! Haha! Damn cool! Wootz!
Okay. That match meant alot to me. Recently, my passion for DotA really dying out le. So are my team mates I guess. I mean. Alot people are ruining DotA seriously. And I really feel dam sad. All the bloody game leavers and hackers. Haiz. But after that match, I seriously felt touched. After watching the crowd cheer and me myself cheering too. Once again, my soul has started to burn with passion! This is a promise I made to myself, " One day, I will stand on the stage too. "
Okay. After the match, I was damn high! I want to DotA so much! We decided to go to a Lan at Novena. But then. Zzz. We went there then the Lan full. Sian! We waited awhile but still no one leave their sits. Zzz. Bloody hell! RAWR. We decided to go Novena de food court and eat dinner then go home DotA. Ate Japanese food for dinner then we decided to play poker cards at the food court for awhile. After that then we went home liao. Took MRT home then it rained. I walked in the rain while thinking of DotA! Haha! Okay larh. That's all. Anyways, I just love today! Haha!
